Cladwinds LtdBedford
We've just had a Warmer roof installed and complete conservatory replacement of door and windows. We can't praise Cladwinds enough. From the very start where we were told about the benefits of the Warmer Roof, with no pressure to do it, everyone was helpful informative and efficient. Once we'd agreed everything went into action brilliant teamwork, efficient professional and very helpful guys, who patiently answered any questions we had. It was fascinating watching the transformation. We've also had 5 windows and a door done by this brilliant company. Thank you Cladwinds, each and everyone who we had the pleasure of meeting.

West Country Windows Ltd.Somerset
8 Windows and French Windows replaced with UPC. The fitters Joe and Adrian were friendly and efficient and carried out the work with no fuss. The windows were all fitted very well. The house was left clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the quality of the windows. I would certainly recommend West Country Windows.

H S Windows LtdRichmond Upon Thames
H S Window Ltd constructed a beautiful rear conservatory on a £62,000 quote. Kam, the manager, organised everything including the design, the planning permission and building regulations. I had to pay over £20,000 in advance to pay for the glass and I totally trusted him to perform which he did. They are highly competent, courteous and available when needed. Kam also carried out further bespoke works I needed. This included doing structural changes after the glazing had been put in (he took the risk of doing this even though it might crack the glass). From start to finish he was most satisfactory. This is rare that I say this after doing building works for 30 years!

Halstead GlassBabergh
Halstead Glass replaced nearly all the windows in our house (the few others had been recently installed during construction of an extension). We had a first class service throughout - nothing was too much trouble and any queries were answered promptly and fully. All staff were polite and friendly and any mess was immediately cleared up. Many thanks to all concerned.

Britelite WindowsMaidstone
Hi, initialy everything seemed to go well I had all my windows and doors replaced. A couple of times the fitters were called away to help other fitters on other sites, wasting about 5 hours. Their use of dust sheets was a waste of time as they left a lot of mess to clear up, and they also trashed my plants in the front garden. Their workmanship and attention to detail was not good, I am still finding missing screws and ones that do not actualy grip anything and just keep turning. The door fitting is a bit of hit and miss as some barely catch and others fit a bit to tight, which is going to be my next complaint. One fitter on a return visit to fix a problem window was quite dismissive when I tried to explain that a mechanism was slightly off and was only loosely held in place by one screw. I tried to tell him that the other screws did not actually grip anything, but he dismissed me saying he would sort it. when he finished he said goodby and was out the door before I could check his work. He put in two screws one still missing and the others still not gripping anything, but a least the window could be opened and shut. In general they left brick debris in all the fittings that I had to clean out. Whilst removing the patio doors they smashed the glass out all over the garden, I was still picking up glass shards for days, I will probably find more in the future I am sure. They use wide plstic trim around the fittings which I am sure are hiding a multitude of sins, the original double glazing did not have all this trim nonsense. when I went to put a dish/bowl back on the window ledge by the front door their trim was so wide the window sill was now two steps and the bowl would not fit. The window sill was reduced in depth by almost half. As I have said before its all about attension to detail, keeping damage to an absolute minimum, cleaning up properly and taking time to inspect every door and window with the customer making a snag list for sorting later. I wish I could have gone to their showroom, seen their work and asked a lot of questions. As for recommendations if you have a car (I do not) see various showrooms of different companies and ask lots of questions and watch them like a hawk on the install.
